After more than a decade in real estate and years of helping build the Local Home Team brand, I am proud to serve as the Broker of Record for Century 21 Local Home Team Realty Inc.
Over the course of my career, I learned that success in real estate is about much more than transactions. It is about relationships, continuous learning, and having the right support system around you. Those same principles guide how I lead our brokerage today.
My focus is no longer on building my own sales business. Instead, I am dedicated to helping our agents build theirs.
Whether you are a new agent looking for guidance, an experienced REALTOR® seeking more support, or a top producer searching for a brokerage that aligns with your goals, my commitment is to provide the leadership, training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you succeed.
I am passionate about agent development and believe that a brokerage should be more than a place to hang your license. It should be a place where you can learn, grow, collaborate, and build a business that supports the life you want to live.
At Century 21 Local Home Team Realty Inc., we invest heavily in education, mentorship, technology, compliance support, and practical business-building strategies. From weekly training and one-on-one coaching to AI education and marketing support, our goal is simple: help our agents become the best version of themselves.
As a husband, father, and business owner, I understand the importance of balance, growth, and building something meaningful. I believe every agent's definition of success is different, and my role is to help you achieve yours.
If you're curious about what makes our culture different, how we support our agents, or whether Century 21 Local Home Team Realty Inc. might be the right fit for your next chapter, I'd welcome the opportunity to have a conversation.

For most of my real estate career, my focus was building my own business and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Over time, I discovered that one of the most rewarding parts of the profession wasn't closing transactions. It was helping other agents succeed.
Whether it was answering questions, sharing ideas, helping navigate challenges, or celebrating their wins, I found myself drawn to coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
Becoming Broker of Record was a natural next step. Today, my greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping agents build businesses, careers, and lives they can be proud of.
The best leaders do not sit on the sidelines. They listen, guide, teach, and remove obstacles so others can succeed. My approach is hands-on, accessible, and collaborative. Whether an agent needs help navigating a difficult transaction, understanding compliance requirements, building a business plan, or learning new technology, I strive to be available and engaged.
I do not believe in managing through fear, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. Instead, I focus on creating an environment where agents feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from both successes and setbacks. Every agent brings different strengths, goals, and experiences to the table. My role is not to create a team of identical agents. It is to help each individual identify their strengths and build a business that aligns with their unique vision of success.
Success looks different for everyone. My job is to help you define it and create a plan to achieve it.
The contracts, technology, marketing, and systems all matter, but at the heart of every successful career are relationships, trust, and a commitment to continuous growth. Throughout my career, both in technology sales and real estate, I have learned that success is rarely about having all the answers. It comes from being willing to learn, adapt, and put people first.
My goal is simple: help agents create sustainable, rewarding careers while delivering exceptional service to their clients and communities.
The first few years in real estate can be overwhelming. After one particularly difficult week I approached a successful Agent in our office and asked "would you be willing to meet with me monthly - to celebrate my success with me and talk me off the ledge when I am ready to quit". Needless to say they said yes. I know firsthand how valuable a mentor can be, that is why I believe mentorship is one of the most valuable investments a brokerage can make.
My mentorship philosophy is built around three core principles:
Because the best real estate careers are not built alone. They are built with guidance, support, and a commitment to becoming better every day.
